
A veteran technology company executive with strong expertise in sales, marketing, company operations and M&A, Mr. Cutini was a member of eIQ Energy’s board of directors before being tapped in July 2011 to lead the company into a new stage of growth. From 2003 to 2009 he served as chairman, CEO and president of Aviza Technology, Inc., leading the semiconductor equipment company through a successful divestiture from parent company ASML Holding NV. Previously, he co-founded and was instrumental in the growth of OnTrak Systems, Inc., where he helped to raise $85 million from private investors and public and offerings. Mr. Cutini began his career as a U.S. Navy aviation electronics technician before working his way up from field service into marketing and then sales for Silicon Valley Group and Applied Materials. He has served on the boards of Aviza, OnTrak and many private companies, as well as the North American Advisory Board for the Semiconductor Equipment and Materials International (SEMI) organization.
With more than 15 years of strategic and financial advisory experience, Mr. Janssen has an outstanding track record of successfully developing technology-driven enterprises. Since 2007, he has served as Chairman of the Board of IntraOp Medical Corporation, a developer and supplier of electron-beam radiation therapy equipment for the treatment of cancer. Until 2008 he served as Managing Director of Hultquist Capital LLC, where he assisted development-stage and growth companies in the semiconductor, medical, and clean-tech sectors with M&A activity, equity and debt financing, business strategy, and developing alternatives for maximizing shareholder value. Mr. Janssen holds a B.A. degree in English Literature from Kenyon College and a master's degree in International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Mr. Krzywinski’s entrepreneurial and technical background led him to co-found eIQ Energy in 2007. Before founding eIQ Energy, Mr. Krzywinski was CEO and co-founder of Ardtully Group/Technologies, a provider of media electronics and content management systems. Prior to that position, he held various technical marketing, sales, and technical management posts in several semiconductor-related companies (including Fairchild Semiconductor, Hewlett-Packard, and Advanced Analogic Technologies and SilBridge, both of which he co-founded). He holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Rutgers College of Engineering.
Mr. Goder brings over 20 years of experience in the area of design and engineering management in the field of power electronics. In his previous role as a co-founder of Switch Power, Inc. he has a hands-on experience of building a successful power management company. Also prior to eIQ Energy Mr. Goder served as VP of Engineering at Sipex Corp and held various management and engineering posts in semiconductor companies including IDT, Exar and Linear Technology. He holds an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Moscow University.
Mr. Lamb brings a unique combination of technical, management and legal experience to his role at eIQ Energy. His background includes seven years as a principal at Cornerstone Venture Partners, where he oversaw funding efforts for international renewable energy initiatives and helped companies create and manage strategic partnerships. He was a co-founder of Digital 5 where he served as VP of Sales and Alliances. He has over 8 years of experience in the energy management field and has held VP level alliance-building positions at companies in the global telecom and multimedia technology sectors. He holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University, and a J.D. degree from Rutgers University School of Law.
A veteran technology executive with more than two decades of experience in the solar energy, smart grid, software and semiconductor industries, Mr. Vandenberg has extensive experience in sales management, business development and international business. Before joining eIQ Energy, he was CEO of Agilewaves Inc., a smart grid company whose energy monitoring and management software reduces building energy costs. Previously, he was CEO of U.S. Solar Energy, a renewable energy holding company focused on photovoltaic (PV) and solar thermal products, and director of business development at SolFocus, which develops high-concentration solar PV systems. Before that, he was CEO of HPL Technologies, Inc., a publicly held semiconductor yield-optimization software and services company, which he sold to Synopsys Inc. in 2006. He holds a B.S. degree in commerce from Santa Clara University.
